This past weekend, ten brothers attended the Carlson Leadership Academy located in Stamford Connecticut. Beginning Friday evening, the Academy provided hours of training and insight to the future executive board members as well as other eager future leaders of the chapter. It was an incredible opportunity to meet with the members of other chapters and discuss what it means to be successful in SigEp, both individually and as a chapter.

The event also hosted a breakfast, lunch, and dinner on Saturday, in which both active members and alumni were recognized for astounding achievements. As a result of the Academy, the chapter feels more prepared than ever to meet the high expectations we set for ourselves, and the members look forward to attending next year.
